a) Processing time: (customized units) 10 -17 business days.
b) Shipping time: 2- 14 business days, depending on selected delivery & time frame options;
i) Free shipping/transportation (within Kampala 5km radius) 1-2 business days. ii) Free shipping/transportation (international) 7-14 business days. iii) Standard shipping: 4-7 business days iv) Express shipping: 2-5 business days (includes international) v) International shipping: 6-12 business days

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
CANCELLATION
We accept cancellation before product is shipped, delivered or produced. Cancellation shall be within a period of 2 hours upon confirmation of the purchased product. Cancellation shall be subjected to handling fee cost of 15% of the purchase price. No cancellation is accepted after order is fulfilled.
RETURNS
All returns are acceptable and applicable if;
a) Two days after receipt of the product. For international shipments, 5days upon receipt of products.
b) Eligibility for return of the product; it should be unused, same condition as received, in its original packaging and with its original purchase receipt.
c) For return of products, a chargeable fee of 20% will be charged to include returns, transport and shipping costs.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of the refund. Upon approval do allow at least (3) to process your refund.
